so i take it that you were quoting your own words, which expressed the ideas
taught to you by Grieg? if so, i would love to see more of what you have
written... it resonates as true to me, and has helped me to clarify my
understanding of some of my own experiences...

this is very beautiful... my heart chakra seems to be the main way that i
can feel others and connect with them... what you are saying about the
"Heart Voice" sounds exactly like what i have been taught by Mystress
Angelique... i believe it is one of the most important things of the many
wonderful things that i have learned from her...

this reminds me of a chord of three notes... once again, i find this very
beautiful... i will also experiment with this...

i have gotten the same thing except it is a ringing instead of a roaring
sound...fortunately, it is normally in the background (unlike with
tinnitus)... but it is a beautiful sound that i can focus on in meditation
whenever i wish to call my attention to it...
