Absolutely important and right on. Vishnu figured prominently in my first
night of K storming through me, as though Vishnu in person reclaimed me.
There is a special mudra connected to him: index fingers together pointing
forward, thumbs together, altogether shaping a triangle (trinity of Brahman,
Vishnu, Shiva), moving the hands quickly away from the chest upwards and
slightly forwards towards the sky, while saying Vishnu. Sometimes at night
this mudra spontaneously wakes me up. Remembering this still brings tears of
awe to my eyes.
At one point I identified totally with Vishnu, still feel merged with him.
What a wonderful person he is, and his father is absolutely amazing. His
father, who I think to be Brahman (but I may be wrong) invented the self-
supportive hollow domed temple roof structure, and built an perfectly
correct cubic altar from a amber coloured soft kind of solid rock.
Krystyna you are indeed blessed, so happy for you...
Krystyna, these experiences may stop at one point, but do not worry about
that... I can guide you through the backlashes if they happen to happen...
Tell me about your daily living situation, do you work, are you on leave...
be frank, whatever it is can be of great help to others...
Pay particular attention to the feeling of the energy, the sharp sweet
honey-like but almost 'painful' sensations, the areas in your body where
they are concentrated the most. Make sure you go for walks in nature, walk
on wet moss, roll in wet grass in the evening when the energy sometimes
feels almost too much. Walk in the rain nakedly if you can. Wear red, orange
or burgundy clothing for the time being. Stay grounded. Are you also
cleaning your body from the inside out, your intestinal system, colon
cleansing and stuff could be very important. The book "Chakras, Energy
Centres of Transformation" by Harish Johari can be very enlightening, hope
it is not too oriental or esoteric for you.
Love,
Wim
