Hello all.
I would like to make it clear at this point that the source of all I said
about the Law of Resonance and the other staff is my Guru, Gregorian
Bivolaru (also known as Grieg) from Romania. However, I only presented what
I experienced myself.
I published the Law of Resonance here because it is a very efficient TOOL in
understanding the underlying mechanisms of all the spiritual phenomenons in
a rational, logical, western oriented thinking fashion.
In response to your request I will gladly tell you of my experiences:
I started practicing yoga 8 years ago. I learn theoretically and practically
Hatha Yoga, Laya Yoga, Karma Yoga and any others. I study and work on the
seven chackras. Most of the time in my Hatha Yoga sessions I work on raising
(subliming) the sexual energies from Swadhistana up to Ajna and Sahasrara as
a part of sexual continence.
After the first four years of Yoga I participated in a special meditation
with my Guru. This meditation was attended by more than 4000 yoga
practitioners form Romania. You can find here many more details about it.
As a result of this I received the grace of God in the form of a gentle
white light ray that emerged from the top of my head down into my body. This
energy originated from Brahmaranda which is situated in the center of
Sahasrara and was inexhaustible. Even if I did anything else, it was still
there inducing a state of bliss I never experienced before. The great thing
was that after it first appeared, I could recall it at will anytime.
This permanent contact with the light made a profound change in my Yoga
practice. I didn't have to practice so many asanas or pranayama anymore
since I was constantly in contact with this most elevated energy.
One year later God gave me his divine grace again : I sensed a hot sensation
in the sacral bone at the bottom of the spinal chord and experienced
Kundalini. After that I was permanently under a flux of ascending energy
flowing from Muladhara up to Sahasrara and exiting my through Brahmarandra.
These sensations were sometimes very intense, other times they faded into
the background but they were always there.
Only after a few more months there was another significant change. While
meditating on my Soul I felt for the first time a intense flow of kind and
gentle energy from my heart chackra, Anahata. It was like a new interior
space inside my heart and it was full of a vibrating bliss. It was the
beatitude of the void of heart. This was my soul that is now opened to me
and I can talk with it and it will always indicate the correct answer to my
questions. The soul is the first real center of the human being since the
ego is a false center.
I often experiment with Kundalini and with Sahasrara and my Soul. They are
located in three equidistant points on the spinal chord and each of them
carries a specific type of void.
Some time ago a roaring sound appeared in my ears and it never stopped
since. When I work it fades to a level at which it doesn't disturb my
attention but when I relax or meditate it becomes strong.
In a meditation I tried moving the source point of Kundalini up to Anahata
and from there I directed the energy to Sahasrara. The effect was completely
different from the usual meditations - I felt my mind expanded in a state of
bliss into space and my thoughts were almost paralysed.
Other time I meditated intensely with the mantra of the Great Cosmic Power
Dhumavati (the power of the Blisful Void) and after a few minutes my whole
body was surrounded by a sphere of energy; I entered into a state of
beatitude for many hours to come.
Generally I feel like I am burning under K. - all my impurities are
gradually dissolved by the Kundalini energy. It doesn't always generate good
sensations - some moments are difficult but I want to endure it.
Well, this is all about me for now.
I plan on going on even further about the law of resonance since it is the
basis and the crown of all the spiritual practice. Nobody escaped resonance
and even Atman - the spirit - has his specific vibration. Thank you a lot
for all your replies on this topic.
As for the much debated LOVE the ENEMY post I would like to clarify what I
meant when I said :
"each low (negative) energy can be cut off by resonating with the opposite
(benefic) energy".
By resonating ONLY with love you will cancel all your negative aspects of
your aura and then the hate energies will no longer be allowed in. You need
not focus on the bad side - it is much better to focus on the good side. By
developing a single quality you can uproot many defects.
Also remember that love is what gets us together and hate is what sets us
apart - in God everything is ONE and that is possible with God's infinite
love - He should be our best example of correct attitude.
The "canceling of negative energies method" was meant as an application to
the law of resonance. :-)
It was criticized as being difficult but it is the only way one could clear
his/hers aura of low energies.
Practically it involves evoking the benefic energies (opposite to whatever
negative energy you need to get rid of) directly by mental command or using
Asanas, Subtle Coloured Currents of Energy, Laya Yoga, Yantra Yoga or other
method of inducing benefic subtle resonances into the aura. This takes time
and patience but gradually the aura will be purified and you will only
resonate with benfic and divine energies.
