Dear Jerry,
Sorry for not being clear. Makes no difference to me whether the executed
person is guilty or not. I'll simply say that IMO the state as executioner of
a person found guilty of murder is far more reprehensible than a murderer,
and is IMO guilty of the worst kind of clinical cold blooded killing.

Whew! Still back in WWII? We come from different perspectives--mine a 60's
leftist one. My fault for opening this off topic can of worms. :))

Well, just because the Supreme Court Justices found capital punishment
constitutional, does not necessarily mean that they have judged its morality.
