it's amazing how many parallels i see here!!! section-8 welfare neighbors.

same neighbors killed two of my cats last year. one 14 years old, the other
2years old. my cats were the neighborhood mousers. everyone tolerated them
because they were so good at it.

i felt the same way. powerlessness to strike back at them. i have grown
children who come & go often here & feared for their safety or safety of
personal property if i accused the cat-killers to the police. they're mean
people.

please explain this further. feng shui??? bad neighbors on both sides. the
evil ones 7feet away, the stupid ones 20feet away.

courts took my dad out of his house because he wouldn't let us help him.
he'd gotten real sick & refused to go to doctor, so they took him & declared
him incompetent & put him in a nursing home. the septic tank had caved in &
he was shittin in 5gallon buckets. how long, we don't know, but there were
several in the bathroom when we discovered it. the electric pump had burned
out so it wasn't possible to pump water out of the well. rodents had gotten
so bad that apparently they'd chewed thru wiring & shorted out the ceiling
lights. only electricity working was the wall sockets & wall heaters. he was
using one of those tiny christmas electric candles for light at nite. all of
us live out of state & none had been in the house since granny went into the
nursing home several years ago because of the way my dad was junking up the
place. he wouldn't let us throw out stuff, but refused to bag up trash
himself. would be willing to bet he's never carried out a bag of trash in
his life. he's been under the court's guardianship for about three years
now, thinks he's been done wrong by the state. 80 years old. when we went in
the house we all wore rubber gloves & leather gloves & breathing masks &
taped our pant legs shut. oh yeah, vicks vaporub in our noses to keep from
vomiting from the stench. i understand exactly what you meant about not
abandoning your father, but sometimes it's best for someone else to
intervene. in our case, he wouldn't try to help himself, but blames everyone
for his circumstance. i've never known my dad to accept responsibility for
anything he's ever done. was always somebody else's fault. 80 years old
sounds really old, but nobody in our family gets altsheimers, they just get
old, still got their mind & all. just old.
my grandmother never gave us any trouble when we told her we had to do
maintenance on the house. she got out of our way. my heart still hurts for
her, she passed in 96. my dad on the other hand, has never cooperated with
anyone in his life...that we know of.

here, we differ. i do believe in the death penalty. it's my opinion that
enforcing the death penalty would deter much of the crime that takes place.
i would like to know more about the shield you spoke of. as always, a good
