penalty is in its accepted usage. Hitler's gas chambers were not the death
penalty, as the victims were never convicted of crimes or sentenced to die by
a court of law. lnstead, the gas chambers represented acts of murder. So
again, what you are saying is that if Hitler would have been tried for
murder, sentencing him to death and executing him would have been worse than
his own acts of murder. But then, of course, you've already contradicted
yourself by stating that Hitler's acts (and the others you lump together) are
the worst kind of human sin -- presumably worse than capital punishment, by
your own words. HELLO???
