On 2000/06/28 12:02, Freyjad posted thus to the K-list:

I believe for over a year now, I have had an active Kundalini, but not a full
awakening, what does this mean? Am I likely to go on experiencing the
various phenomena that occur from time to time, will it all just go away, or
will it lead to further spiritual growth.

In the past some of these phenomena have been very distressing for me, but on
the whole now, although I often feel over tired when Kundalini is active,
most of what I experience is very pleasant.

Is this the way it is for most of us, and does anyone have advice on
attaining a full awakening safely?
