First of all, sory if my information is like a commercial.
I know a shaktipat technique that can awaken someone Kundalini directly,
instantly and safely with guarantee. That is via Tummo Rei Ki attunement,

Kundalini awakening through Tummo Rei Ki attunement is very easy and safe.
All your sushumna is open fully and your Kundalini fire at least reach
