It is nice to meet you here :)

Well, John, with your permission, I'd like to inform that anyone can have
distant Tummo Rei Ki attunement to help him/her free from Kundalini
syndrome or to have their Kundalini awakened. I am very sorry if this sound
like a commercial but I am here to explain.

Rei Ki energy is actually have a very important role in Kundalini process,
provided that we know the technique. The warm pr hot sensation along the
sushumna does not always mean Kundalini awakening, since all kind of energy
like Chi Kung, Rei Ki, Prana, Qi Gong etc are using the same energy Chanel
(Sushumna) and their sensation is the same (hot or warm). So, whenever your
Brahma Node (at base chakra) is not broken yet, then Your Kundalini is not
awakened yet. It is my understanding. And, having Kundalini awakening
without fully Sushumna opening may cause you to experinece Kundalini syndrome.
Someone Kundalini may just active but not yet awakened. In this case, you
may also feel the same sensation lika warm or hot and in several case
experiencing Kundalini syndrome.
