Dear Moderator and members,

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am new to the list but not so new to
Kundalini. I have been practicing Kundalini since 1998 and the progress is
very amazing. My Kundalini is awakened instantly and safely via Tummo Rei
Ki attunement (shaktipat) which open my suhsumna fully from the Perineum to
the Crown Chakra and nicely free from Kundalini syndrome.

It is nice to be here among you all.
