Your experience is not that unusual. Some people call these entities
"thought forms" that feed on fear. Aside from following Angelique's advice

I personally see these experiences as metaphors. Our minds "misinterpret"
the "data." Many people on this list who have written about such experiences
have found that the entities simply disappear when they are no longer
feared--or they turn into angelic, loving creatures. I'd guess that the
pressure you feel atop your head is K energy. Our minds can translate this
energy in a number of negative and positive ways. But our beloved list
mystress is an expert at getting rid of these. :))
