well, i don't know if anything is a "known" fact... what i wrote about Anima
is known to me through personal experience as well as being taught to me...
and you have taken what i wrote and changed it around a bit in this question
... i did point out possible exceptions with my comments in parentheses...

also, i don't think the Anima/Animus exists in order to complete our
physiological gender... i think most people already have a complete
gender... but this concept may partially address why many people feel a
sense of incompleteness...
