Subject: [K-list] Solar flares and summer heat

I have been experiencing increased tension and extreme heat also even
when the temperature has dropped to a more tolerant level. I have also
felt very restless at night--Even though I am getting a good 8 hours of
sleep I wake up feeling like I have been battling myself all night long
with sore muscles and the whole bit. I wake up remembering strange
conversations with myself like you need to get a reading from so and so
and in my dream I'm asking, Is this from higher self or lower self".
It's like I'm in this intense, high paced school at night and I'm having
trouble keeping up with all the notes. LOL. Love, Cheryl
