Speaking of Pauls experience, I had a wierd dream the other night.
I had started to go to bed when I experienced the familiar "sleep
paralysis" feeling, but instead of feeling terror, I was filled with
interest. I couldn't see who was with me, but it was two
friends,(guides, teachers, who knows) on either side of me and we were
flying through the sky. I was turning triple summersaults in the air
and all kinds of acrobatics. I felt so free and deleriously happy. I
was laughing and feeling like a little kid. It left me with the desire
to be with my friends again. I want to know who they are and talk to
them. It left me with a feeling like they could be there for me but
they haven't been back and I can't seem to hear them or reach them. Oh
well, at least I know the feeling of what to look for. Love, Cheryl
