Know that, done that.
Wake up in the morning, having your coffee, looking around... what do I
love today?
And slowly, the heart chakra opens, and you feel something flowing out
and your chest like swelling.
You are kind and carrying to everything (well, almost...LOL) and the day
goes great, everything clicks together.

But sometimes I forget, and sometimes one of the messages on this list
early in the morning makes my day.
Unfortunately I am on the East coast and I am starting earlier than you
guys (except Europe).
