You hit right on the head. LOL
Riding a bus (subway) is what I'm doing twice a day. I am not at the
visions phase yet but in the evening I prefer to stand so energy flows
easier. In the morning I prefer to get in touch with my self.
And I'm looking around amazed at all that folks soooo busy to read one
more chapter from their books.
Buses are good if I ride more than 15 min. When I was living in Calgary
I had to drive around - no way to use transit there unless you're
desperate or really poor or you have plenty of time and don't care.
Now I have 2x50 minutes every day when I can chose to be with my self
without any interuption.
That's how I discovered these days how to "walk with love" - I am doing
this as a grounding exercise.
Driving was pretty good too on my way from Calgary to Boston. In 5 days
of driving (even with a "stick") you have all the time to quiet your
mind and communicate with your inner self.
