One can catch oneself doing this at the moment it is being done, El. The
problem is like trying to watch ones eyes move in a mirror. Remembering
seeing ones eyes move in the mirror is no good, you want to feel it now and
learn command over it. In order to do this properly one must kind of cheat
reality a small bit. The way to do this is by slowly coming to terms with
what the void is in Kundalini Yoga. The void creates all. The void resolves
all (this is what is meant by cleansing.) What goes on in-between creating
and resolving is what we are in now. To understand the void, to know the
void, will enable you to be able to be ''psychic''. To know things before
they happen in the 'Now.' To see creation as it is happening. If you know
this then you can change what will happen, but there are laws which govern
how things can change. Does this help in any way?
Thanks for listening.
