No. Why would you think so??
There are plenty of stellar minds, like Stephen Hawking, that exist in
a body that is ravaged by illness. There are many examples of enlightened
people who still suffer from illness or disability, in the stories of
Saints, and even on this list, like El and Percyval.
   There are plenty of physically fit and healthy people in prisons and
mental hospitals.
