i had this experience several times when i was doing my Mystress Angelique
"boot camp" *grin* of grounding 8 times a day for 45 days... (of course, i
had the advantage and extra discipline of being her slave and feeling like
it was imperative that i obey her directive, so i didn't miss even one
exercise)... but there were several times when i couldn't visualize the
light, and semed to see the "blackness" you describe...
from doing other visualization techniques, i remembered a suggestion to act
as if you see the light even when you don't... so i just kept on going, and
this darker period quickly passed... when i mentioned this to Mystress, she
confirmed that this was a good approach...
warmly,
percyval
