  It's real simple:
Spend a week.
Do the entity clearing on any stray thought or feeling that you feel like.
Won't do any harm. Takes 3 minutes.
After each time you do it, ask for the holes where the stuff was, to be
filled with Divine Light and grace. Nature abhorrs a vaccum.
Ask your Angels or your Divine Beloved to protect you from entites and
astral cooties, so you don't get pounced again. Give them consent to
transmute them autopilot if they show up.
 Then you will be an entity free zone.
