Well, it is not clear; there are many possible answers - perhaps the
point is that some form of dichotomy must exist, and that is a hard wired
limitation of the process (or there are limits to changing the hologram).
Perhaps each of us need to embody the "good" and the "evil" otherwise
balance is achieved at a larger structure. There are many possible visions
of what a world could be, perhaps some are more stable than others. At the
moment i tend to believe in a world that is chaotically balanced.

I left the blank (or the series of colons) for the reader to fill in as
desired.
