Hello all,
i know i havent posted much, but to be honest i am taking everything in
and learning alot from everyone. i did want to touch on the panic
attacks. i had a few debilitating ones a few years ago, but when i
finally got it into my head to go with the attack instead of fighting it
i ended up going on the most incredible journey. i believe it was an out
of body journey, i left falling backward through a marble tunnel, and
when i returned there was someone kneeling beside me. all i could feel
was his electricity. it was incredible. this has happened quite a few
times since then, and the experience is always different. all in all
sometimes i think panic is used to get you to open up to other
experiences. at least it was so for me. Also after i had these
experiences the panic stopped.
Would that be Kundalini energy that causes these kinds of panic attacks
do you think?
