I've experienced something similar - a feeling of
great pressure at the base of the sternum. The way I
used to rid myself of it was to visualize that the
energy is moving back toward the spine, then straight
up. That seemed to work. However, Angelique would
tell you to ask your unconscious to do it for you. To
each her own.
