Just a quick answer, spine problems are a sign that K wants to work through
you. The pain is telling you where the stresses are and where the freedom
will be. So rather than a hindrance it is sign of clearing coming up... Yes
work with it. In my case, when it became clear to me that I should let the
spine and concomitant mental, social and spiritual 'dis'-orders heal
themselves...I told my wife, "I am going let the chips fall where they
may...." then I went through seven weeks of uncontrollable spontaneous
movements which in retrospect where a beautiful hatha yoga dance,
spontaneous yoga... I also did not eat (just a bit of scrambled egg, butter,
honey, and 2 slices of homemade whole grain bread). Also I did not sleep for
those seven weeks, just masses of energy cursing through me, sometimes more,
sometimes less concentrated... Now, I could afford to be home... insurance
company paying and the national healthplan taking care of me as well,
understanding wife and son... I also needed and found a very supportive
psychologist-counsellor, as a monitor rather than a guide...
Impossible to set time aside like I did? No, surely, (and actually) anyone
can find a way..., after all when you are sick you are sick...One cannot
prevent the sickness, sickness being the first sign of healing (what a fresh
new viewpoint eh?), therefore one should not prevent the healing to take its
course... time wise... Get good supportive doctors (they DO exist, I tell
you, ... but there is a story, that I will leave be... )
After the natural spinal realignment (K's work)... (You should have seen me
walk , so straight and tall! Had to adjust my bicycle so I could sit up
straight like those Dutch and Chinese bicyclists).... I felt I had to
support K's work with chiropractic work, stresses sneak in through the
backdoor and before you know what K has accomplished 'sneaky life' can undo
it again. So I took 4 weeks of pretty standard chiropractic work (three
times a week). When that was done I myself went through a rigorous self
massage with a spine tool, flat on my back in bed on a foam mattress. The
spine tool was comparable to those wooden curved cylinders you can get } {,
and I covered every one of my vertebrae from the very top to very bottom
three times a night, especially worked the muscles on both sides and also
the muscles on the inner side of the spine (lots of stretching and yawning).
Also worked intensively with the sacral bones (put the flexibility back) and
the skull... yes some of the spontaneous yoga had me stand on my head and
crack the skull bones. Where things painful? Not when one breathes and does
'yawn-and-stretch' often.

When I have more time I will devote some time to writing about 'yawning and
stretching", one cannot ever overdo that...
Belly dancing types of movements are very important and enjoyable as well.
