That arching of the back was important, keep your spine in good health,
vertebrae, hips and shoulders and neck as flexible as possible, if you need
to get some intense work done by a good chiropractor.

These books are classics and well informed, there is some stuff on the
market that one may have to be careful with.
I'm sure other listmembers will suggest more excellent books, get into
oriental art, illustrated books with sculptures statues and buildings from
Cambodia, Thailand, India, Tibet, China...
Read up on Buddhism, Hinduism, Original Christianity (not churchy per se)...
(Read up on Tantric Yoga but be judicious)
BTW Kundalini IS NOT dangerous, no matter what other ppl. say, even, so to
say, "experts".
Read my previous emails to this list. You will find some interesting
accounts of my experiences. It varies for everybody, depending on how much
and how we have been hurt in the past.. BTW, the orgasmic intensity is
typical and of key value. Ensure that the bliss that comes with sexual
orgasm is also spread throughout the body, from toes to crown...
