Greetings to all on the list. My name is Tomas and I just recently
subscribed to this list. I have been led here by luck. And have spent
a little time scanning the archives, and I hope that I may be able to
get a little insight into an experience I had/have. I have to admit
that most of the language and or terms I have read here mean little
to me. I understand what the chakras are but that is about it. A
couple of years ago. I was out in a forest during the fall looking
for wild mushrooms and I was not having any luck at all. And no I did
not find any magic kind. So I decided to sit for a while on a fallen
tree. As I sat there I began to think of my great aunt who had taken
me to the forest as a child. She had taught me how to identify edible
mushrooms. She had died many years ago and I had always continued
what she had taught me. As I sat there I also thought how she was
probably there with me. As were all the other relations that had past
on and I begin to feel all most an embrace and warmth. At this point
I felt as if I knew where to look. As I stood up I stretched and
arched back and as I did this I felt something inside, above my gut
but below my chest pulse and as it pulsed it grew and each time it
was as if it were filling me up and when I was filled. My senses
seemed to let go and it felt like it went out through the top of my
head and out through my groin. At this point I couldn't help but
let
out a long AhhhhHH! At this point I knew that this energy was going
out into the universe and was making a huge double circle and would
go through the earth and back through me. It also seemed to be going
in both directions at the same time. For lack of a better term it was
orgasmic. I managed to move about slowly and the feeling stayed with
me but not quite as intense and I actually went right to a tree with
a very large hen of woods mushroom at its base. I put it into my
basket and left ever so slowly not wanting to interrupt what I was
experiencing. It stayed with me until I walked on the paved road. I
have been able to do this off and on with a little more control but
not as intense. I told a friend who is also a holistic doctor and
also practices yoga and other martial arts. And he told me it might
be Kundulini. I said what? He told me to look it up. And now I find
this group. I would really appreciate any feedback Tomas
