Adding my experiences here, I found the rocking came natural and was more
obvious after somewhat strenuous exercise well after I wasn't out of breath
any longer. I thought I must a dog or something as I would rock back and
forth sitting on the gym floor in high school and thought by body was
involuntarily panting. I wondered if others in the class could see me as it
grew more and more intense that I would feel a bit dizzy.

The other symptom I wanted to mention was that it sometimes hurt. Hurt
allot!! like I had something in my anus that felt like a bowling ball
trying to get out. I had myself checked for hemoroids, sigmoid tests, the
works, but nothing was found.

On my own, I figured I must have a swollen prostate and started massaging it
and it relieved the pain to some extent but also seemed to emit a clear
substance out of my penis.

I also found that by laying on the floor with my face down and anus up in the
air on bent knees and holding it like that worked wonders removing the pain
completely after about 10 minutes. Later found this was a yoga position. Oh
the things we learn on our own. Where was this list when I was young squirt.
