Greetings All!
I also have been having "stuff" happening in the sternal notch area of my upper chest/lower throat. I have been using the Mystress's grounding meditation for the last three weeks, feeling most of the energy flowing, feet, hands and crown and then bringing it all to the heart. As of last Wednesday, I noticed a blocked feeling in the sternal notch area. I have been using toning mostly to try to dissipate it. It comes and goes. Does anyone have any other ideas to work with this? I think I read a post that said something about working with the chakra's above and below.....any suggestions would be most appreciated!!
 
Also I would love to have been in on the "chat", are there any plans to do any more regularly? How do we get into the chat rooms?
 
I am enjoying all the dialogueing that is happening. Thank you for sharing your experiences and selves.

  they will be wholeheartedly appreciated.
