Dan writes lots of good stuff.
I am not surprised that you mention a diet that is vegan, I was surprised
though about the addition of salmon. I would expect you to recommend a diet
that is wholly vegan or primarily raw food. The reason being about the fear
factor to burn off eating scared food, as you mentioned. Can you explain? I
am very well acquainted with all the theories for all the different styles
of eating and all the passionate rhetoric and scientific reasons. Like I
said I am just surprised with the addition of meat.

There is nothing sweeter tasting, in my opinion, than something grown with
love and care..

Bliss feels like champagne bubbles when I am with a k awake lover.
This means it can only get even better the more hygienic I become.
Bliss or no feeling...hmmm, I choose bliss every time...after all I am
human on this earth, who loves the delights Gaia provides. Why have
meditation to the state of 'no feeling, nothing' when I can have bliss by
viewing the Rocky Mountain range from my office window from the 19th floor
(spectacular)which the sight of bubbles champagne up my spine and gives me
the shivers.
Getting to the state of nothing is ok but it is too much like unconditional
love, which is a rather boring, uneventful place to be.Being and feeling
alive on earth is more fun.
