Dear Rhonda,

it was obvious to me that it has to do with the K-process. I heard or read
somewhere ( ?) that sugar is a factor slowing down the K-activity (?)
subjectively it feels like sugar is an attempt of the body to balance
something out.....
on the same time my diet becomes " lighter" . Cooked meals feels " heavy",
especially potatoes, cabbage and beans. I was always very sensitive towards
the energies of the cook who prepared the meal. Even as a child i was unable
to eat most meals, because i didn´t want to eat my mother´s or somebody elses
emotions and thoughts in it. It still drives me mad if somebody is thinking
and talking about his or her anger/ frustrations or other negative things
while preparing a meal. i can tell them exactly what they thought or dealt
with while cooking......LOLOL I don´t want to eat that!!!!!!!!! ;-)
Somebody else sensitive towards energies transported by cooked meals?
