I know exactly what you mean. In fact right now, I'm
feeling energy at the base of the spine. The reason
its there is that I've had sexual activity recently
and probably slammed shut my sexual (orange, #2)
chakra or something in that area. To release the
energy, I just open the chakra that's right above the
area where I feel all this energy. Then it flows
upward to the next blockage. Once it reaches it and
stops, I use the same opening technique to permit it
to pass by that point and so on. Eventually, you get
to the point where you feel a blockage is like a
tensed muscle, and just by relaxing, it goes away.
