My brother is autistic, with profound mental retardation. When he wraps his
arms around my head, kissing the top of my head, I promise you that the
energy exchange/the blessing he lovingly places upon me is mind-blowing.
Just because someone does not have the "usual" way of interacting with the
world, does not mean that they are missing anything. It is typically the
"normal" people and their doings that leave the developmentally disabled
confused and anxious.
Very generally about Kundalini, I've heard that when K is not forced, by ego
or will or accident, that the ride can be much smoother, much as a flower
unfolding. That when it is forced, you can literally be driven crazy.
Aspiring to raise my K in some proscribed manner & timeline seems to me like
conspiring to blink my eyes independently at all times.
Gurus? Tony, the only value another person, teachings, or your experiences
have is the value you decide to place upon them. As Mystress notes, all is
Divine Perfection. The Divine will supply the required materials to fulfill
your expectations, regardless of the value you place upon them. Only you
decide the value of your beliefs. You want charlatans? Your life will be
blessed with them, real or imaginary.
