Hello List Members!

I just joined the list this week. I really love
reading the posts from this list. I'm kind of jazzed
right now from the recent posts...I used to use the
mantra from Dune that was suggested nearly everyday
during a period of time when I was having horrendous
anxiety attacks. I think it's neat someone else has
come up with the idea of using it in "real" life, too.
It helped me out alot.
And I'm so excited to find other people who see spots
too!!! (I know that sounds silly, but I've been pretty
isolated in this area of my life)...And I get the
"colored filter" effect, too, (the blue-ish-ness).
Also I've noticed often times objects seemed to have
lost their solidity and appear sort of wavy. Another
thing that doesn't happen very often, but I sure would
be interested in knowing if it happens to anyone else
is if it ever looks like your walking around in a
strobe light? This has happened a couple of times at
night.
