WHEN SOMEONE WRITES IN ALL CAPS LIKE THIS, IT IS CONSIDERED VERY RUDE
BECAUSE IT IS CONSTRUED AS YELLING!

even incorrect punctuations, misspelling, typos, & no capitals at all is
much more courteous as far as netiquette is concerned...
