The technique I use I haven't heard of anybody else
using. It's gotten to the point where I can open and
close the third eye chakra like it's a muscle. It's
very odd. I just relax my head and it opens. If I
tense up my head, it closes.

I used to use a more rigorous method where I would
focus on the back of my head and look for the sphere
that is my chakra. I'd pull it open as if it were a
peeled orange that was hinged at one end.
