I have reason to believe that the solution to my
problem is threefold. All three were already
mentioned. First, and probably most important, I need
to be patient as it will eventually solve itself on
its own. However, I believe I can help. When I was
having trouble with blockage near the heart, I helped
and K wavered for a while then moved on to the head.

I can help in two ways.

First, I can ensure that K is working on the head by
using the three methods I described in an earlier
email to keep K out of the root, heart, and head
traps.

Someone mentioned that blockages and knots are just
hard to open chakras. I agree. So second, I can do
my best to manually open the third eye to allow K to
pass up through it.
