Hi Wim:
Funnily enough, I agree with you. But I work with
colors and pictures to do my energy work...somewhat, I
suppose, like a set of moving Tarot cards. One of the
images in the standard deck is of a contrast in black
and white and the standard reading is you have to wait
until the two situations or whatever represented by
those opposites merge into gray -- where there is no
duality. Inside the Universe of my mind, that is what
I see and work with, often very successfully. What
energy frequencies are associated with the colors is
another matter and not really relevant. In the Void,
none of it is. But in the virtual reality game that is
Life, those are the images that help me do my work.
And since one picture is worth a thousand words, the
colors and pictures I see are an incredible shortcut
to streams of words flowing into my mind. So I don't
think "person full of angry energy lying in an inky
black cloud inside his abdominal cavity." I feel it in
my body and I see it in color in my inner mind. And I
know to reach in and haul it out with my claws, which
I do if allowed. Or I blast it with a starburst of
golden light. Or whatever the image is that comes to
mind is what I do.
In terms of Being -- just Being. When I am there, then
there's nothing to say that can really describe it
although we all try, at various times. I like to play
the song "Dust in the Wind" over and over and over
again, as a reminder of just Being.
I also carry in my head a glorious set of images of
All That Is experiencing all of its many aspects
manifold. One of the images is of one hand absently
scratching the other. Each hand looks separate. One
hand feels itself being scratched. The other feels
itself scratching. Two different experiences. Since
the back of one of my hands is numb and the tips of
the fingers of the other hand are also numb, I can
scratch the back of one hand without feeling it on the
fingers doing the scratching and vica versa. Another
different experience of separateness. However, the
illusion of separateness involved is still an
illusion, regardless of what I'm feeling in either
hand.
So it goes.
Love, Lesley
