(Not being Tony, replying anyway).

I have noticed that this mantra is one of the most efficient ones (the
most efficient one I have tried), esp. in dissolving the feeling of being
blocked, or stuck. For me, when used sparingly, it almost immediately
gives the feeling of surrender, and "light" filling the entire
spine-neck-crown - line.
