Hi too....I'm a lurker mostly also, especially if there is "debate"...:)
Hi,This is my second time to this list, although I guess I was just more of a
"lurker" before. I am back after a journey to India and Nepal that
was such an immense lesson and can't even begin to describe the lessons! <<<<<<<The whole experience sounds absolutely grand. >>>>>>.Part
two, in India, I was riding a train. A holy man got on board, chanting the
names of God. I could not even look at him, as something about him was so
powerful. It probably was also due to the fact that his eyes were completely
white. I believe he had done his penance <<<<<<<Why is this considered penance. He may even have been blind in the physical but seeing with the Ajna? >>>>>> by looking at his third eye, so that
is why only the whites showed. Anyhow, as he passed by me, he hit me on the top

began to experience. <<<<<<<Isn't it great to realize this? We are meant to drop all belief...attach to nothing...nothing is special..and everything at the same time is. I call them Enlightened egos...there are many...>>>>>> Now, I have lost the ego problem, but I am so driven by
emotions, that I feel as if I am going crazy. <<<<<<This is perfiect!!! Don't judge this...Shakti is clearing the stored energy's in the form of emotions from your body. Be a watcher. An observer. If you attach yourself to these emotions and identify with them you will be in pain. Don't judge...don't resist...it will stop when it must.... It is just energy moving...Let the gunas fly!! >>>>>> Sometimes, when I meditate, I
just begin to cry. And my conscious mind realizes that this is not due to any
thought in my mind, because there is none. <<<<Energy moving...thas all.."We are not our thoughts, we are not our emotions....etc...:):) >>>>It just happens. I continue my
asana practice, but I do not find my center as much as I would like to. <<<<<Even the desire to be at that "center" is an attachment. <<<<You are at the center in every moment. You just don't experience it as such because of the judgements. Let it go and you will know this. Remember, Expansion/ contraction....Shakti/ Shiva....Darkness/light... There is no separation. There is no good/bad place to be....>>>>Any
