Dear Dan,
My pain has been diagnosed as Fibromyalgia. I don't think that it is due
to blocks because I practice H yoga and have been teaching it for over two
years now. Hatha yoga is well know for keeping blocks from developing.
Every method of block removal has been done with disasterous or no results
at all. The pain is all over and does move around according to how much use
I make of a muscle group or how long I hold it still. I will pay for days
for one hour of over exertion. My idea and many others is that there has
been nerve damage from my k rising and/or this is my body's reaction to k
energy. Who wants to live on pain killers??? not me but I may well have to.
Much love, Julie
