Science (I don't know if the anglo-saxon world had the title of "doctor of
science"). Software engineering. Without K, I would be Master of science
an day now, and I had plans to go on studying to get the doc's degree...
With K, that seemed quite unrealistic, and I switched the school and am
going to get the bachelors degree (engineering) as soon (hah) as 2003, and
see if K would be gentle enough to allow further studies...

The society being what it is, one has to make a living.
