Dear elisaveta

Thanks for the very useful feedback. I have the book and it has been very
helpful. I also appreciated the feedback you gave to Paulo that somewhere
inside we set the pace of our own journey. Sometimes when things get tough I
get scared that I won't be able to cope.......but I always have so I suppose
I need to trust that I always will!

Can you recommend any books specifically about Kundalini that you have read?
I worked for a year with a transpersonal therapist and though he was very
good and we did some deep work together his knowledge of the energy stuff
was limited.
