Also don't you think you can become used to being "hyper" or "manic" and you
can then find yourself acting that way in situations which do not warrant
it? I know I have done that, and whilst my eyes have been bulging........
thought "Why am I acting this way?" Something inside has more wisdom than
the immediate brain pattern response. (Shades of Pavlov's dogs!) Go to
bed, sleep, (back in the Being?)
wake up the next day, back to normal. Well sort of!
