Some time there was a feeling of heat and pain in the back. Coming from work,
thinking there was fever, laying in bed. I am not used to have any visual
experience but this time there was a tube, as discribed above. It was violet
sparkling and glassy. No body, only this tube and a knowing, this ist the
spine. This lasted some seconds or minutes, the heat was still there, but a
measurement shows normal temperature. After two or three hours in bed the
heat and pain was gone and I was able to stand up and do something.

Just making myself a tea and sweeten it with s spoon full of honey and
smiling....
