A lot of us know that telepathy is one of the possible side effects of
Kundalini Awakening, but I believe that telepathy can accessed by the
average person, just perhaps not at the same strength.

I have been studying the research on telepathy and I have found that it
has several flaws that prevent it from reaching very positive results.
Can anyone think of a forum to which I could address these observations
that might cause an actual change in the way research is done today?
