Michael this be accomplished by Nishkarma Karma, or No
Karma, Karma. That is offering the results of one's
actions to the real 'Inner Doer', this way there is no
attachment and hence no interference.
It is not necessary to live in a cave and do raja
yoga. Jesus was a Raja Yogi, see Swami Abhedananda,
and he was quite active but, he said " It is not I but
my Father that is in me that does the work".
One should be in a state of meditation all the time.
So we can accomplish non-action through action, or
Wu-Wei, there is no cop-out for allowing violations of
ahimsa to continue without interference...
