Dear El

I don't understand.

How is it possible to experience devastation at aloneness when there is no
emotion there?

When I experienced oneness with the Self (or THOUGHT I did, and there's the
rub) there was just serenity there. No love, no hate,no judgements or
opinions, just serenity. Because it wasn't me as in me, Marion (or Loulou,
funny how I've got used to Loulou)
It was another "me" entirely. There was no personality there at all as in
my personality, or what I would recognise as me.
It was a "witness" state (and massive!) always calm, always serene in any
situation.
And I looked at the other people in the room and saw the same Self looking
back out of all the bodies.
That's when I realized that people can't help the way they act, inside we
are all exactly the same, and it's our life-experiences that make us act
differently.

My point is, did I not experience the Self? Was I accidently tuning into a
chakra or something?
