In my aura and chakra counselling I use colours (colour bath, coloured
clothing), gemstone bracelets, fragrances, essential oils, to balance chakra
energies and to harmonize the aura.
I'll scan the handout that I give to my clients. It also includes herbs,
foods, gemstones. All of this chakra specific. If anybody else is interested
please ask. I don't think our List Mystress wants us to include attachments
with posting to the whole list
