Well, moving the list seems to be an inevitability.. Topica does not respond to my requests for support so the new home of the K-list is Kundalini-GatewayATnospamonelist.com.

My only other option for trying to keep the oiginal list-name was Kundalini-listATnospamonelist.com but I took a short poll and we decided that looks silly.
I think Kundalini-Gateway has a nice ring to it, it was the original name of the website Richard Satin created for the K-list in 1996 when it was new.. and I have registered the domain name of Kundalini-Gateway.org so that is who we are now. :) The K-list is an org. LOL!!
... short for organism.. or maybe orgasm... or organic .. I guess email is not organic but it can be orgasmic and the list as a group sometimes does seem to be one large living organism. Organization? No, we don't have much of that, at least I don't just now.. I need an "under construction" sign to stick on my forehead.
The problem I am having with moving the list, aside from only having two brain cells to rub together, and aside from only being able to subscribe 100 people per day, is that the member list that I can download from Topica.com does not specify settings. It does not tell me who is getting the digest version and who is getting the regular list.
I have imported 188 members from Topica.com so far, and will import another 100 members per day till we have all moved, but some members might want to go ahead and subscribe themselves.. especially if you are wanting the digest version.
Especially since I'm running a fever and have no brain to even begin to sort out the memberships by hand. It took me too many tries just to count to 100 members without losing count and having to start over. I'd probably still be trying to count to 100 but I split them into groups of ten addresses each and counted on my fingers... pathetic, eh? giggling..
This new list at present is set to be an announcement list only, so we don't get double postings during the move.. please continue to send your posts to <KundaliniATnospamtopica.com> for the time being, I will make an announcement and unsub everyone from that list, once the move to the new host is complete... and switch the settings over to make the new list a normal unmoderated list again instead of an announcement list.
The move would be easier if I let onelist.com handle it, but they would probably shut down the Topica.com list and I don't want to do that yet because esosoft will be forwarding members who inquire about the fate of <KundaliniATnospamlist-server.net> to <KundaliniATnospamtopica.com> for a few weeks yet. I want to be able to let members who still might be away for the holidays know where we got to.
The website at <http://www.list-server.net/kundalini>www.list-server.net/kundalini will remain. Esosoft no longer hosts mailing lists, but it does still host websites, so I will be updating the subscription webpage to reflect our new location as soon as the move to onelist.com is complete and I find my brain.

Those like you, who are not getting thru posting to KundaliniATnospamtopica.com, please send your posts to me *telling me you want it posted* so I don't acidentally forward private mail, and adding your name to the subject header so folks know who wrote it.. not me. That way you won't be left out while this transition is happening.
