And why should I tell you that,
when what I read

was a basic, simple layman's (or laywoman's) guide

to understanding a lot of the mystical terms that
many people quote without understanding
what they are saying

written concisely and with very little I would argue with ..

and the argument would be based on interpretation of words
not essence of meaning

In my humble opinion, there needs to be more written in this manner
and in fact, I am in the process of doing just that ..
a simple guide to Kundalini written in plain english ...
